An old man walked up to my bar today and said in a distinctly Johnny Cash-esque voice "Never play poker with a man named Doc", then he burst into laughter and walked away down the stairs, his chuckles echoing after him. I immediately copied the phrase down on an order slip and stuffed it into my right pants pocket. You never know when you're gonna need that kinda mojo.
